Pisces New Moon is precise on March 19th at 3:03 am CET/2:03 am GMT.

Sun and Moon meet at 28 Pisces extremely stabilized by sexiles to both sides,one to Uranus at 28 Taurus,the other to Juno-Aura at 27 Capricorn. Sun and Moon are the apex to a minor grand trine build by earth sign Asteroid Aura and Juno trine earth sign Uranus.
